You the buyer, may cancel a letter jacket order at any time prior to midnight of the third business day after the date the order was placed.  Any changes to the specifications of a letter jacket order must be made within 48 hours. No refunds will be given on letter jackets once the product is delivered. Any defects in the jacket are covered under the Herff Jones warranty and will be corrected at no charge to the customer.
